Information about specialised accreditation to the Peoples' Friendship University named after Academician A. Kuatbekov, Shymkent city

From 19 to 20 December 2023 the external expert group of NU "Independent Kazakhstan Centre for Accreditation" started its work in Peoples' Friendship University named after Academician A.Kuatbekov in Shymkent. The expert group examines the quality of 11 educational programs 6B02110 – Design; 6B04110 – Economics; 6B04140 – Finance; 6B04210 –Law; 6B04150 – State and local government; 6B04130- Accounting and auditing; 7M04110-Economics; 6B06210- Radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications; 6B07120 – Chemical technology of organic substances; 6B07320 – Construction; 7M07112- Chemical technology of organic substances, accessibility educational materials and resources, methods of student assessment, equipment of educational facilities and technical support at the university. The experts also conduct interviews with teachers and students to assess the quality of the educational process and the level of student satisfaction. Based on the results of the work, the team prepares a report with recommendations that will be used as a basis for making a decision on whether to extend or withdraw the accreditation of the educational institution.
