Independent Kazakhstan Center of Accreditation, along with 10 other agencies included in the National Register No. 1 of recognized accreditation agencies of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, directs its work to ensure the quality of education received by students of Kazakhstan in organizations of higher and postgraduate education in higher education institutions, technical and vocational education in organizations of VET of Kazakhstan. Students, as the main customer and consumer of educational services, must make high demands on the organizers of their education and have the right to be among the experts in assessing its quality. The constantly improving system of continuing education in Kazakhstan expands the rights of students to actively participate in the processes of formation of the content of education, its planning, monitoring and evaluation. Therefore, we are interested in inviting university and college students to participate in quality assurance processes through accreditation processes.
Independent Kazakhstan Center of Accreditation signed memorandums of cooperation with republican student organizations:
- Private Foundation "Convention of Youth of Kazakhstan;
- Municipal state institution "Youth Republican Center "Astana Zhastary" of the Akimat of Nur-Sultan;
- Public association "Republican Student Movement "Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan";
The purpose of the signed memoranda is cooperation between the parties in terms of attracting the recommended most experienced and trained representatives of the Youth Organization (students) to the development of standards and regulatory documents, in receiving feedback. to be included in the expert commissions, as part of the implementation of programs on institutional and specialized accreditations in order to improve the level of assessment of the qualifications of educational organizations and individual educational programs, as well as to develop effective effective mechanisms for determining the level of training of specialists.
Students, being included in external audit groups, can be experts in assessing the quality and completeness of the content of the educational program, the material and technical base, social conditions, the work of student support services, the completeness of the extracurricular life of students, in general, the implementation of a student-centered approach to learning.
Training seminars are held for expert students to improve their skills.
We invite senior 3-4-year students, undergraduates, doctoral students to take part in accreditation procedures, gain experience in expert work.
To apply for the position of an external expert of an IKCA student, an application form is filled out, a signed and scanned version of which (in pdf format) is sent to the email address info@nkca.kz indicating the subject of the letter: "Application for the position of an external examiner_student ".
