The external expert group of the NU “Independent Kazakhstan Accreditation Center” began work at the Zhumabek Akhmetuly Tashenev University, Shymkent from April 15 to 16, 2024. Members of the expert group studied the quality of 2 educational programs 6B01510 Teacher training “Biology and Geography”, 6B01704 Teacher training “Uzbek language and literature”, the availability of educational materials and resources, methods of assessing students, the equipment of classrooms and technical support at the academy. The expert group highly appreciated the excellent material and technical base of the university, the presence of a multi-level educational process, and offered several useful recommendations for further improvement of the educational process. Based on the results of the work, the group draws up a report with recommendations, which will be used as the basis for making a decision on extending or revoking the accreditation of the educational institution.
